Voice of the Customer

I roast these to just before second crack and then use them as espresso beans. They require a fine grind and the result is a rich, delicious near-chocolate flavor with a hint of acid. My thanks to the many people that makes this experience possible.

First time doing coffee roasting at home and it tastes wonderful! Great flavor and aroma!

Great way to sample different coffees! Also, fresh roasting is the absolute way to go with coffee. Thre flavors are incredibly different, and better, than you can get in pre-roasted. I do recommend getting a home roasting device if you're going to do this often. I've been using the cast iron to roast for a long time. I never realized how much time I was spending on that until the roaster came in. I'm never going back to pre-roasted beans.

There’s nothing to dislike about this product & everything to love about it. On the front of each bag it lists the “Location” in which the coffee beans were cultivated, “Altitude” in which they were grown, “Varietals”, “Process” in which they were handled, “Drying”, “Harvest” timeframe from the month it was planted to when it was picked, & when it was “Exported”. See pictures for details on each bag that comes inside the box. We use a popcorn maker to roast the beans, use a Coffeemate grinder, a Black+Decker Electric Teapot, & then an AeroPress Go to brew a perfect cup every time.
